We're Lucas and Paula.
Simply put, we like coffee that tastes good all by itself.
We seek out ethically sourced coffee beans that are Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and organic certified when possible.
Each origin is roasted separately in small batches to their peak flavor profiles (typically a medium roast).
A good place to start is our primary blend, Be Kind Rewind. Featuring beans from Ethiopia, Sumatra, and Brazil, you'll taste hints of chocolate and earthy spices with a light and bright finish.
